Abs shaper, air walker & exercise bike - What am I working in my body?
There is always one saddo that answers with a stupid answer!
Get a life.
Go in the fresh air for a jog. I am jogging gently for 3 miles every other night taking about 30minutes. This is for a fun run that I will be doing shortly.
If you have bike do some cycling or swimming.
I use a chest expander, tummy cruncher and a swish ball for the thighs and bum, which keeps me in reasonable shape.
